Our Mission

Conscious of the competiveness challenges being faced by the Mauritian Industry, IESL has taken decisive steps in developing technical know-how in supporting manufacturing plants.
We aim at contributing towards productivity enhancement and cost savings in local industry, and also to extend our services over the Indian Ocean and neighbouring countries.

Our Team

To practice the policy and strategy of remaining a lean and efficient company, IESL secures the services of some of the best engineers and technicians from various industries to obtain inputs required on a project to project basis. We have easy access to expertise in practically all fields of Industrial Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Production Management, etc.

The Director

Integral Engineering Services Ltd, a Pioneer status enterprise, is headed by a core team led by Mr. Gawtum JAWAHEER ( CEng, FIMech E (UK), FIEM, CMIOSH (UK), Registered Machinery & Boiler Inspector, Managing Director), who has over 25 years of active post-graduate industrial experience. He has been a past Secretary of the Institution of Engineers Mauritius and a past Secretary of the Association of Health and Safety Managers Mauritius.
